Re: First Time Experience with CVS Motors Auctions
Hi everyone, I've been looking at a car on the CVS Motors website. The price seems really good for a repo auction, almost too good. I'm a first-time buyer when it comes to auctions and I'm a bit worried. Are they a legitimate company? Has anyone here actually bought a car from them? Any advice would be appreciated.

You're good to go. I bought a 2021 Ford F-150 from them last year. The process was surprisingly smooth. The truck was exactly as described on cvsmotors.com. The best part was how they handled the title – it arrived clean and clear with the vehicle during delivery. No chasing down paperwork.

Second this. I bought a Sea Ray boat from CVS Motors. I was skeptical about buying something that big online, but it was a great experience. Their support team was helpful when I had questions. Great deal.

Re: First Time Experience with CVS Motors Auctions
Overall I had a positive experience. My Honda CR-V arrived a couple of days later than the initial estimate, which had me worried for a bit. But their delivery coordinator kept me in the loop, so it wasn't a big deal. The car is great and I saved a ton compared to a dealer.

@sara_k_91 Delivery times can be tricky with any transport company, good to hear they were communicative. @NervousBuyer_JJ I've bought 3 vehicles from CVS Motors over the years. They are one of the most reputable repo auction houses out there. Just do your diligence, read the condition reports on their site, and you'll be fine.

I'll chime in. We bought our Winnebago through them. My only small complaint was that it took them about a day to reply to my first email inquiry to office@cvsmotors.com. I got impatient and called them at +1 330 862 9366, and the agent who answered was fantastic and sorted everything out immediately. The RV was a steal.

Yep, calling is always faster. I got my 2018 Tacoma from them. The process was straightforward. I was worried about the title transfer since it was a bank repo, but I had zero issues. The clear title arrived with all the official paperwork when they delivered the truck. It was a huge relief.

Wow, thanks so much everyone. This is exactly the kind of feedback I was hoping for. It's really reassuring to hear about the positive experiences, especially with the titles. I'm feeling a lot more confident about moving forward.

As a mechanic, I was skeptical. My neighbor won a 2019 RAV4 from cvsmotors.com and asked me to give it a once-over when it arrived. I have to say, the condition report on the website was spot on. No surprises, no hidden issues. It was an honest description of the vehicle.

Got a Ram 3500 for my contracting business. Saved at least $10k compared to local dealers. The bidding process was easy to figure out. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Re: First Time Experience with CVS Motors Auctions
Just wanted to add another positive voice. My Subaru Outback from them has been a dream. The only thing I noticed was a tiny scuff on the bumper that was hard to see in photos, but it's a used car so I expected minor imperfections. For the price, I'm thrilled.

@SubieLover05 Exactly, can't expect a pristine museum piece from an auction. The savings more than make up for a little cosmetic wear. They're way more transparent than other auction sites I've seen.

Re: First Time Experience with CVS Motors Auctions
Quick update: I did it! I won the auction for a 2020 Hyundai Sonata. The whole process after winning was just as everyone described. Their team was very professional. Now I'm just waiting for delivery. Thanks again to this forum for giving me the confidence!
